I rewrote that by machine translation.

I'll correct that.

about KAGE-chart

KAGE-chart draws the shadow which moves in a background of the nearest short-term moving average, and emphasizes price movements big.
This template moves on MT4(The electronic platform of dealings developed by MetaQuotes Software).
We're distributing a template for free of charge.

A chart of a screen is 1 hour time-frame, FULLversion indication of AUD/JPY.

What can we do with this KAGE-chart

KAGE-chart emphasizes the movement of short term moving average greatly.
Because animation is easier to understand, I created a short video Clip.
Please watch KAGE-chart and the traditional simple moving average motion comparison video on YouTube.

Description method of the KAGE-chart

  • cluster notation
  • twist notation
  • Reverse-Granville notation
  • equal value RAS notation

For details please see the specification.

Dismantled to each component

Twisted Bollinger Bands by twisted notationShadow of short moving average line(The core of KAGE) by Reverse-Granville notation
Bundled 'Chikou'lines by cluster notationSupport & Resistance by equal value RAS notation

Why this KAGE line is Reverse-Granville notation?

The shadow(KAGE) is the opposite arrangement to the normal moving average line arrangement.
A moving average line with a short period of time responds to price changes as soon as possible.
On the other hand, a short moving average line may cause the reaction to randomly blur.
A short moving average line has such a dilemma.
Therefore, we thought that we could neutralize this dilemma by observing the group shifting the short moving average line in order to the right and the group of normal moving average lines in contrast.
Changing viewpoints, it can be said that KAGE has dynamically drawn KUMO of 'ichimoku kinkou hyou'.

Signals indicated by KAGE-chart

KAGE-chart shows a signal like this (Display in light version)

Buying dominance from buying signalsSelling dominance from selling signal

This chart indicates the following thing basically.
When the blue line pulls down the shadow, the selling signal.
When the red line pulls out the shadow, it buys a signal.

Thw KAGE-chart chart highlights price fluctuations.
However, sometimes the buying signal does not show a price rise or the selling signal does not show a price decline.
Please refer here(Elementary knowledge of fluctuation of price) about that.
